DACS The Distributed Academic Computing Services (DACS) provide access from home to Windows-based applications that you would normally have to visit an ITaP Instructional Lab to use. Software such as SAS, MS Office, AutoCAD or Photoshop may be accessed from home if you have a connection to the internet and appropriate permissions. Applications appear to run on your desktop, but they are actually running on the DACS server and sending only keyboard and mouse clicks and screen updates between your computer and the server.

MIDC The Multimedia Instructional Development Center (MIDC) was established by the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs to provide assistance in integration of multimedia with the educational mission of the University.
MIT Open online courses MIT OCW is a large-scale, Web-based electronic publishing initiative funded jointly by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, and MIT. Its goals are to: 1. Provide free, searchable, coherent access to MIT's course materials for educators in the non-profit sector, students, and individual learners around the world. 2.
