Reference Best Practices

I can distinguish between process-oriented reference and resource-based reference.
I can identify differences and similarities between the various formats of reference transactions (digital reference, telephone reference, and face-to-face reference).

This course has clearly stated objectives.
The instructor speaks clearly, gives examples, slows down and repeats as necessary.
The instructor asks questions and listens to answers, and allows me to ask questions and gives helpful responses.
Strategies such as calling for participation, asking students to demonstrate skills and walking through examples are used by the instructor to help increase learning.
The facilities for this course are excellent.
I highly recommend this course.
I would enjoy taking another class which utilizes the learning techniques and qualities as noted above.
